How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@portrait-labs.com within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Include your order/session ID or the email address used for purchase
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund

We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Unsatisfactory service quality
  • Technical issues preventing you from accessing your roast
  • Duplicate charges
  • Any reason within the 24-hour window

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Requests made after 24 hours from purchase
  • Refunds requested due to disagreement with feedback (we provide honest, sometimes harsh feedback by design)
  • Issues with file format or upload errors (we'll help you resolve these)
